Too many chefs in the kitchen when talking about management. Juan takes advantage of his staff, dines in without any concern for closing hours. High turnover, leading to a bare bone and overworked staff. New management is condescending and takes advantage of their position. Lack of supplies to do job with the high and efficient standards demanded and needed. Slow days are awful as this place has nothing special about it to invite future regulars or clientele.
