Semetis is without doubt the place to be to learn about digital marketing, digital advertising and data/business analysis in general. New joiners are given a lot of freedom right away and you get a chance to work on the big projects from day one. The many trainings make sure that you are able to have a positive impact. There is also a very structured process in place for career advancement, which of course makes planning very easy. The company has a very good reputation in the sector.

The one drawback that I see is the lack of a company car. This makes the company as a potential employer weaker the for example the big 4. The extra legal benefits are quit good however (life insurance, internet at home, phone subscription, meal vouchers, etc.).
