1. They make good college software and electronics engineers to work literally like labours at under construction building site. Engineers are asked to work on jobs like physical electrical wiring, drilling etc. Sometimes it is very risky and deadly. 2. Worst COO in Industry. There is no company operations defined policy on leave, travel and site reimbursements. When you apply for reimbursement COO comes literally scold employees, shout at them and insult them in front of whole office for small petrol reimbursements. 3. Office environment is like circus, everyone fighting and shouting. COO and CEO are shouting and fighting with everyone from employees to even landlords, neighbours, vendors. Its a like mad people at C level. 4. Employees are provided with very old refurbished laptops, then asked them to use latest heavy softwares and be fast in delivering. How is that possible. I have heard stories with old team that earlier culture was better. Investors brought current CEO and COO in 2018 only and since then employees are treated very bad. Founders and old people have left, no wonder.
