This company is GREAT for taking advantage of good hardworking people. They look the other way when there's issues in the Dept. None of them want to address issues with problem employees, it's easier for them to just ignore the problem even though it creates a hostile environment. Giving titles to people who clearly are not deserving of even after they step down,but keep the title and pay even though they aren't doing the job they got the title and pay for. It's brought up to managers about unfairness, but nothing is done about it, really sad.
