Lack of Care - Recensione dipendente - Sales Development Representative (SDR) presso Sendoso

This company does not value the SDR role. Pay is at about 10 percent of market rate. Promotions are not made into sales based on merit. The only "training" comes from the AE team and good luck with them. I really wanted to love this job. I believed in the value prop. But, I have not worked in a more fake or toxic culture. If you care about making money and advancing your career do not get started at Sendoso.
