Pay can potentially be great if you are there long enough to build a book of business. The CEO, Joe Wire, was also a really good man.

Dysfunctional management is the top one, CFO included. If you are working in Birmingham I would be cautious. The manager in Birmingham is no doubt a great salesperson but a manager he is not. Target goals change with the wind. Don’t be surprised to have your goals for the day change midday because the manager listened to a podcast and heard a new idea he liked. This office also has extremely high turnover. If you are looking to gain experience and move on, then this company might be for you.

They have some good people working here.

Major lack of training. Also, not enough recruiters internally to help close the deals that you bring in. So you pretty much develop business that you can't actually close. Why bother hiring BDMs/BDDs that they can't support to begin with..
