Positive and inclusive work culture, good efforts to collaborate and support each other's work. Effective development cycle with hard but reasonable deadlines. Thursday group lunches, and friday afternoon beers!

Less than optimal location/office space. I've been informed that they moved to a new space since I was there. Sometimes managerial guidance was too vague, leading to wasted efforts and difficult timelines.
