The Assembly Department at Senior Aerospace AMT is a Lean environment. This department has gone through many Kaizen events in which employee opinions and concerns are relied upon heavily when doing layouts. The leadership in the Assembly Department walks the floor nearly every morning to discuss any issues with production, personnel and to address any other questions or concerns.
