Company in bad shape - Recensione dipendente - Manager presso SeniorWell

Senior management doesn’t have any understanding how the company should be run. They have all this alleged experience but their decisions have destroyed the company. They decided to buy a company to help with a lot of the front work and we were told this was to help us provide better customer service to our contracted nursing homes. In July they laid off 30 people in the corporate office and now the remaining staff are doing the work of at least 4 people. Homes are upset that they are not being lists, being notified the teams are even scheduled To be there and not getting any calls back from anyone. I would be surprised if the company was still around by Christmas.
