      We do cool science so if you're into that the company is awesome. The work culture is good, management is understanding, and there's a lot of freedom to move around in the company and try new things. The benefits, especially in entry level positions, are quite competitive especially given the industry (PTO and parking downtown).

      Like any start up the work ebbs and flows so it can get crazy fast. If you're not ready to turn a corner quickly or adapt well I could see you enjoying this job less

      Extremely talented group that works well together. A mission you can understand and want to contribute to. Room to be creative and open with ideas. Doing something completely new.

      Tight schedules. Normal schedule is out the window, but that is a startup when you are trying to improve an entire industry.
