I like working for a company that values its employees and promotes from within. Strong corporate values are becoming scarce in today's business and it is great to find leadership that holds all employees accountable regardless of level or title.

Certain functions lack the automation and software required to keep up in today's fast moving business. Working smart requires constant evaluation and system upgrades. Waiting too long to adopt software updates can create more problems and dramatically increase cost.
