My job allows for me to creatively problem solve. Very competitive pay. Excellent work life balance.

The only con is the dress code. Dressing business professional to visit customers is no issue. But working day to day with colors in business professional dress can be messy.

There is a strong in-office culture with great people who are eager to help one another succeed. The company has a fairly strict policy on working in-office and enforces a business professional dress code, which can be limiting in daily flexibility but does provide strong guidelines for seperating work and personal life.
