      No growth, no time-off without fear of losing your job, dress code is so last century, lack of Senior Management truly understanding what is going on in the business and making decisions only based on numbers from a piece of paper

      The only con is the dress code. Dressing business professional to visit customers is no issue. But working day to day with colors in business professional dress can be messy.
