      Many complaints about employees and staff members at Harbor Beach, however corporate chooses to ignore because they make them money there. All are related or good friends so there is a lot of cover ups and no discipline whatsoever. Working there is like being in kindergarten with a bunch of bullies and teacher's pets.

      The only con is the dress code. Dressing business professional to visit customers is no issue. But working day to day with colors in business professional dress can be messy.
