Work overload, some managers are weird

Most of the work is done remotely and in my position as a Broadcasting Operations intern, I hardly have to be in the office physically. Very friendly staff and overall warm office environment.

Salary not competitive. Work content may be a bit 'boring; or uninteresting for a fresh computer engineering graduate looking for challenges.
