I have been with Sentinel for 4 years and will be staying for a long time. Everyone is respectful, and works great together. The amount of teamwork that goes into solving issues is GREAT. The benefits at this company are really great and the salary stacked up to be competitive with others in the industry. They have committees for employees to be involved in which are great and they try to recognize employees.

Aside from the bad apples that you will get at every company, the leadership seems to be lost on what to do. They currently have an interim president right now that is not very involved in the business and who they have in the helm doesn't seem to know what he's doing - a lot of people are left with many questions and the company culture has shifted as to where it doesn't feel like the employees are very much supported.
