Freshers are also recruited. No bonds. Balanced work life. people here are friendly. No much politics compared to MNCs.

Has less learning. R&D is not strong as they only post less experienced people (so that they need to offer only less salary). No much salary hike and incentives. Its a family owned business so there are both cons and pros because of that. The drawings are not standardized and do not follow the standard procedure. No Cafeteria. No flexible working time. They will only recruit people near by.
