Been in business for over twenty five years with current owner but different leaders.

Svantaggi

No work/life balance. Owner expects and requires employees to work late and weekends. Current size continues to shrink - even smaller now with loss of two technical management employees and one support employee in the past three months. Four key employees in four years. Has only one location - all other offices have either closed or are have not been staffed for years. Not relaxed working conditions.

Professionalism, pay increases, matches 401K 100%

The only con I can say is that it requires us to be efficient and timely, we are so busy all the time, when we hit the door in the morning we don't stop. It is like that saying "Hit the floor running", but still be available to help where needed.

They provide insurance and dental. They pay you on-time every two weeks. The company has been in businesses for around 28 years.

Salary employees are told to work 70 hours a week and will have there pay docked if they work under 40 hours a week. The equipment owned by the company is from the early 2000's and back. As of this time the work environment is hostel. Employees will be docked pay for taking time off for a death in the family or a family emergency. Employees are expected to work weekends on a regular basis.
