The only con I can say is that it requires us to be efficient and timely, we are so busy all the time, when we hit the door in the morning we don't stop. It is like that saying "Hit the floor running", but still be available to help where needed.

Great company to work for. Management and Technical people are ethical, hardworking and feel responsible for their employees. Hard work is recognized and rewarded monetarily. Broad scope of work, so lots of challenges and opportunities to learn all parts of the environmental field. The company has good relationships with former employees -- helped get many in business for themselves

Small with lots of loyal employees which means advancement title-wise is slow. Do not work here unless you like tons of work, a large variety of work and pressure to get things out on time and with high quality!
