Previously had communication issues and standardization issues that are being resolved through new quality initiatives. This is the most serious version of this company I’ve seen in my three times being here. Future looks bright!

SEPAX is an absolute disaster. I’m not exaggerating — this place is a joke. If you care about your career, your sanity, or even basic human decency… RUN. 1. 💸 Terrible Pay. They pay you peanuts and somehow still think it’s generous. The CEO acts like he’s doing charity by underpaying everyone. They want free labor, plain and simple. 2. 🚬 HR Is a Mess. The HR team? Useless. Completely unprofessional, rude, and clueless about their own jobs. They spend more time gossiping and smoking outside than actually working. 3. 🤡 Disaster Management. The managers are a total mess — untrained, disorganized, constantly changing policies for no reason, and they treat new employees horribly. Zero professionalism. 4. 🐍 Toxic Coworkers. Some coworkers love to gossip and secretly report people. It’s a toxic, backstabbing environment. 5. 🏝️ Awful Benefits. No federal holidays, almost no PTO, no sick leave. If you get sick, guess what? You have to burn your tiny stash of PTO days. This company is a circus pretending to be a workplace. Don’t say I didn’t warn you.
