None at all. In the beginning, things looked smooth. The company culture felt decent for about a year, but as they say, “people make the culture”—and the wrong people can just as easily break it.

Salaries are consistently delayed (last month’s salary arrives around the 15th–20th of the next month). Unrealistic project deadlines, seemingly just to win projects, with no regard for employees. HR is unprofessional and rude. No incentives or appreciation for hard work. Leadership is poor and disconnected. Extreme micromanagement — CTO controls everything, even overruling project managers.
