This is a company that values incompetent, corrupt, wasteful higher up managers who consistently fail, more than they value employees who have proven to be assets and working in the best interest of the company. Working there is more like Bizarro World, where up is down and down is up. The Management is dishonest and the owners have no clue how much damage they are doing and how much they are costing the company. Wasteful spending, orchestrated sabotage on employees that are seen as a threat to them or who get in their way. The incompetent higher ups ostracize and circumvent employees who actually know what they are doing. No structure, no checks and balances, no organization of any kind. somewhat of a free for all for the abusive managers who constantly get away with just about anything they want. No actual screening of potential managerial employees who turn out to be nothing more than frauds and con-artists who can talk a dog off a meat wagon . It is obvious the owners buy into their sales pitch all the time. It is a Mecca for frauds. This is not a place for normal, moral, ethically minded professionals. It is a haven and breeding ground for unethical con artists who will make your life a living hell if they know you have caught on to them. There is no job worth damaging your physical and mental health and hurting your future prospects with another employer.
