Highly stressful and constant change. Upper Management has no backbone and will not stand by their word. Human Resources runs in accordance to who you are and not the policy set forth. The policies change without notice to the employees. Your work is never good enough. The turnover rate is very high. They also place individuals on SMART plans for aspects that are beyond their control. The constant gossip and bickering also make the job unappealing.
