Employees at Seroyal are generally passionate about health and wellness, and the company makes great products. Staff is very knowledgeable and eager to learn.

Leadership is not that involved and as others have mentioned, there is no career path. Company doesn't seem interested in personal growth or supporting employees in development. As an employer, they have over promised and under delivered.
