The company does have a systematic approach to training, unfortunately this training is conducted by upper management leaders who lack soft communication skills and the general respect needed for HR like role. Beautiful locations and decent pay. Had the training system been better executed I would have enjoyed this role very much.

As stated, though systematic the training and expectations are not consistent. Upper management seemed more interested in micro managing small things like nylons and blush shades than in the actually education and personal qualities needed to work and function at a high level in this role. I am a very strong and well educated female, I moved my entire life (unassisted) to a new country to fulfill the role and was well prepared for the challenges ahead... I did not however expect to be "bullied" for lack of a better word, by those training me. i was nagged to complete tasks (which had already been competed), and was treated in a way where it seems the management expected me to fail, rather than supported me to succeed. One manager openly disliked me from day one ( I believe I questioned the reasoning behind a task, not to be defiant but because I value the "why" with training. I have an education degree and have worked in many training roles, the "why" is the key to successful training. Both managers who trained me were lovely and successful people, but I feel the "sorority" aspect of the company needs to be addressed. Also, both managers were very busy, which created confusion and poor communication all around. There was lots of self learning (which I enjoy) but the system failed repeatedly so I was spending 3x the amount of time needed, and being blamed for this by my trainers. There are certain ethical issues, in almost "trapping" tenants, but this is a part of the industry and not solely Servcorp specific.

Your experience with poor execution of fantastic training programs is unfortunate-we will address the overall inspection of training programs in a more formal way thanks to your feedback. Asking for an increase seems like an insult, center management is limited by senior management constantly, cannot ask for a day off/sick day "too often"
