The company is evolving; it is high change environment and transitioning between startup and mid-sized company.

Used to have good momentum, had a strong company vision, everyone was passionate about helping veterans. Not the culture anymore

Sinking ship. Several rounds of layoffs this year due to management’s poor decision making and changing the entire business too fast. Employees are over worked and stressed and now over 30% of the workforce is gone since the start of 2026. The CEO is not involved and sits on the sidelines as her company fails. There is no plan, no communication, no ownership by anyone. It’s a shame and incredible how much the company has changed in just 1 year.
