Decent pay, employees were usually great people who were fun to be around. Company was able to work with me if schedule issues came up.

Management could feel like they didnt know what they were doing, communication could be extremely poor (sometimes entire offices would be shifted around without telling anyone until the day of), petty office politics could make the workplace a nightmare

Service Foods Management has taken some big projects and initiatives to improve its culture and overall employee experience. There's a lot of new systems we can see that have been introduced less than a year. Great move.

Need some strong leaders with fresh ideas across all levels.
