Promotion is simply not an option that is unless you are friends with senior managers that way you get promoted for doing very little. You are asked for feedback but don't give it unless you tell them how wonderful they are otherwise you are just one step closer to the job queue. They treat people unfairly, mangers discretion is something that applies if they like you but used against you if they don't. Recognition is poor, and they can't wait to take off your bonus, targets are set by increasing what you are able to hit by 10% just to make it hard to pay out. They are not an understanding company, treat people with families shocking, so if your looking for a work life balance this place is not for you. If only the clients knew what you tell them on the tours is so far from the truth, fake calls and behaviours. Incentives are few and favoured only to the managers who are in the 'in' gang. There is limited career as they simply bring in external people again friends of people in high places instead of looking at the people in the centre. Many people are looking for a way out just a matter of time for a job to land, fingers crossed I won't be far behind them.
