Thank you for your feedback and reviews. We are committed to creating an inclusive and supportive work environment for all our employees. It saddens me to know that it has not worked out for you and that your experience has not been as rewarding as you would have liked. As you are surely aware, our company is rapidly growing with an increase in sales by 40% and 25 open positions in the last year; it can be difficult for some people to adjust to the rapid changes. This forces us at times, to make difficult decisions. Moreover, as with most organizations, we are working very hard in improving our internal communications and continue to work in creating a thriving work environment. As for our facilities, we are aware that there is room for improvement and we are expanding our facilities by over 7,000 sq. feet by May 1st. We genuinely care about our clients our company, and most importantly our employees, whom, without them we would not be as successful. Thanks again for your feedback.
