Unrealistic goals are expected with little to no funds correctly allocated to support and execute a logical plan. This company is backwards and whomever is recruited to pick up the pieces from often villainized predecessors is in for a rude awakening with SENSELESS demands and wild goose hunts being imposed by higher ups; little to no grasp on what a healthy work environment is. This is why nothing gets done and credibility has yet to be established by this so called "dermocosmetic" brand. Free thinkers, ingenues and experienced professionals are not welcome here.
