Excellent and well organized organization.

There isn't a negative thought

Employees tend to stay at Seton for over 10 years, it fosters an incredibly stable and secure environment. So many of the employees and management believe strongly in the non-profit mission of the school. Because mission is such a strong component, like-minded employees tend to be attracted to Seton. Benefits are amazing, but pay might not be as high as the regular corporate market. I gave this 5 stars, but I understand employees with high personal expenses might not rate it as highly.

The Pro of stability and employee loyalty can also be a curse to career advancement as top positions almost never open up, so talented younger staff can feel blocked from moving up. A little more turn-over would actually bring an infusion of new ideas as well.
