Untrustworthy CEO. Have plenty of overly ambitious goals but nothing comes to fruition. Always changing direction along the way. Short change employee. Employee put in 200% but not recognised. CEO does not honour his promises. Take leave with overlapping public holidays but already planned work schedule also get reprimanded and penalised. Demanding scope. Achieved targets but received less than 1% salary adjustment (cdc also more). No employee retention. Benefits are close to nothing. The karma you got was the shuttering of your F&B. Yay.
