They definitely throw you in with the sharks as soon as you're hired. You'll get your hands on a lot of different skills and your knowledge will grow quickly.

I could really write several pages about the cons of working here... First of all, the owner is a wolf in sheep's clothing. He told me in my interview that I would be paid $10.50/hour for the first 30 days and then they would give me a raise. This was not the case. I had my 30 day evaluation and got no raise and their reasoning was that they only give raises after 90 days. He was super charismatic and makes you feel special but will work you to the bone for an unlivable wage and expects you to be grateful that he's paying you at all. All of my supervisors were always so terse and negative... bad place to work over all. They don't actually care about you and just want you to make money for them. They're all huge potty mouths as well with transphobic and racist tendencies.
