Company's recruitment process is a horse show, management lies about progression, keeps you in the dark, has no regard for its customers, overall not a place I'd want to be working for long term

I work with talented coworkers in a fast-paced environment. There are good opportunities to contribute to impactful projects and use modern technology. Many people on the teams are skilled, collaborative, and committed to doing strong work despite the pressure.

Work-life balance is consistently challenging because of intense workload and unrealistic deadlines. Priorities change very frequently, often every couple of weeks, which makes it hard to plan work or feel confident in long-term direction. We’ve gone through multiple rounds of layoffs during my tenure, and that has created ongoing uncertainty and affected morale across teams. There is also a culture where people are treated as easily replaceable; terminations happen without notice and little consideration for the impact on the person or the team left behind.
