Almost everyone in the office is very helpful and wants to help you grow and succeed. The workload is very manageable. The company is very organized Ownership is friendly and collaborative, bosses are extremely approachable

Work day starts at 830am

I could not think of any pros.

Partners and family members think they can do whatever they want. Show up to work late, work from home at their convenience, take off at their convenience. Also, benefits are awful. You technically do not have any vacation days in your first year. The turnover is crazy because of the cons above. Find a company who has a better culture.
