Shape is an exciting company made up of some amazing people. The agency works across a variety of issues, meaning no day is ever the same. Longstanding partners provide stability, and new work provides the opportunity to grow into new disciplines and new issues areas. Senior leadership cares about your evolution, and is always receptive to feedback.

Same cons as working for any agency is it’s fast paced. But I like that. Having different partners and different workstreams/ deadlines means you need to be on top of your time management.
