      Thank you for your review. We agree that our benefits package is pretty awesome as well as our employees! We stay competitive with the current job market and do an analysis of compensation to stay abreast of pay in our region. We sincerely thank you for your service with Sharp.

      I don’t focus on negative, just room for improvement. And I worked here in 2006 or 2007. Glassdoor didn’t give me the option to go back that far for when my employment ended. Just an FYI.
