limited advancement opportunities if you do not have a clinical degree. Was told more than once to get my nursing degree if I wanted to continue to advance in the organization.

I don’t focus on negative, just room for improvement. And I worked here in 2006 or 2007. Glassdoor didn’t give me the option to go back that far for when my employment ended. Just an FYI.
