I like the autonomy given to the RCP staff to evaluate and treat our patients. We are able to place basic therapy orders for our patients without having to contact a physician.

They don't pay as much as other hospitals, especially since they are one of the busiest in California.

I don’t focus on negative, just room for improvement. And I worked here in 2006 or 2007. Glassdoor didn’t give me the option to go back that far for when my employment ended. Just an FYI.
