      Coworkers are great and very supportive. Plenty of opportunities to succeed and advance. Management truly cares about their employees and is very active / involved on the unit.

      Svantaggi

      No additional pay for additional roles, low pay compared to other hospitals in the area. Required to work every other weekend

      I don’t focus on negative, just room for improvement. And I worked here in 2006 or 2007. Glassdoor didn’t give me the option to go back that far for when my employment ended. Just an FYI.
