Management and select Leads are awful. Not proactive in fixing department issues and seems to be disconnected from employees. Even with “ core values “ there’s still bullying in the departments and the bullies get rewarded while the bullied get ignored . Also a battle of shifts. Am shift is treated better than the other shifts and get away with everything .
