      Nurses can be proactive if their patient becomes critical. There are standard practices that we can perform to stabilize the patient while waiting for the doctor.

      I don’t focus on negative, just room for improvement. And I worked here in 2006 or 2007. Glassdoor didn’t give me the option to go back that far for when my employment ended. Just an FYI.
