Things Aren't Getting Better - Recensione dipendente - Meat Cutter presso Shaw's

Where to start? I work at one of the smaller store's which is either falling apart or crammed with product and equipment to the point it gets hard to work. Upper management comes up with new ideas and concepts without taking into account the added labor and time required to accomplish them, leaving us scrambling to try to get everything done on time. It's especially hard for meat cutters in the area because most of the stores don't have enough help. My department manager quit and I've been working 6 days a week since, and most of the other Shaws stores are in the same situation.
