A bad time to be in, or go into salaried management. The company has been sold repeatedly over the past 10 years, each new owner stripping the company of any resources, and leaving it to die. Current leadership is demanding ridiculous standards with no labor resources, in essence leaving salaried management to need to work literally 24/7.
