Good experience at the core team but did not feel seen - Recensione dipendente - Core Team Member presso She code Africa

It felt as though our chapter was never recognized by the larger SCA. We were only called forth when the larger SCA community needed to market something or run a campaign. Anytime we needed support from them, we didn't get it. I personally felt like the chapter program was a PR brand for the SCA without them necessarily caring what happens in it or supporting it until they need some good PR pics or something.
