      It's worse than a government company. Poor hiring, experienced hires with no relevant experience, diversity is forced, questions are suppressed, backstabbing is prevalent, transparency is a myth, yammer visibility and posts are the management metric for performance, unnecessarily forced safety sharing to really make it unnatural and awkward, promotion depends on the number of times you had coffee with your manager
