      Non-monetary benefits are ok. We have health card and we have the hybrid set-up of work. We work on-site and off-site depending on the required number of days per month.

      Svantaggi

      We do not have any retirement benefit yet. Also, as compared to other BPO companies, our monthly salary seems to be low.
