I know it sounds cliche, but Shepherd Center really is like family! I have never worked at a place where people smile at you and engage you as you're walking through the corridors of the facility. The people at Shepherd truly care about you - about your personally and professionally! They want to see you succeed, both in your career and in your life. I am not clinical staff, so the con (for my review, not the organization, per se) is I really don't know much about the work environment for clinicians. Although I do know a lot of clinicians at Shepherd Center and they all seem very happy! Also, I do know our patients love our clinicians, as they are very invested in our patients recovery.
