Unfortunately, Sheppard Robson are not good at dealing with toxing people. There's not enough support from HR/Management, everything is mostly 'swept under the carpet'. One or two bad apples can spoil the whole team. We're talkin about a professional environment, filled with capable and highly educated people. Any kind of ridiculously toxic behaviour or bullying should not be happenning, and it's astonishing that it's allowed.
