Worst Experience - Recensione dipendente - Developer presso ShieldWatch Infoctech

I want to share the experiences working in Shieldwatch currently Known as Concertium Concertium is an US based IT concern, very well structured developing Org where we can do R&D for continuous improvements, the same which we follow in agile methodology. The main advantage of working with Concertium is the acceptability of the new ideas and adhering to the same if it is aligned to the vision of the Org. I would like to appreciate the systematic approach towards the accomplishment of the tasks as well as the WBS approach. Management ,Project Managers are all experienced and knowledgeable to run the show. The projects are comprehensive and provides a scope to upgrade the skills of individual with proper know-how.

The cons we can address that the management of the company still values the emotion of the employees, they treat as family member which automatically boosts the overall delivery. It is an employee oriented Org.

No pros at all found by me..........it is not a company rather a custody where everything is micromanaged........it will be hell for you if you join as a normal employee or senior employee...........rules are all reluctant for managers starting from time relaxation to work flexibility to salary, increments and all........salary date is worst 10th and even after that if there is any holiday.........no work at home......previously this company was good and it had a good strength of employees.........you will be marked as late also here.........i was here for almost over a year and was irritated for the last 4-5 months as they were continuously changing rules and regulations as and when required according to their benefits...........Its a HEAVEN for managers who has all facilities...........moreover MD is the worst
